Sinus Shield checks pollen, wind, and air quality for your area every morning and reminds you which of your medications to take based on the risk level. You set up your own protocol — the system just tells you when to follow it.
Grass pollen is moderate. Moderate wind may increase pollen exposure. Air quality is good.

How it works
Set up once, then let the system handle the daily decisions for you.
Enter your coordinates or use your browser's geolocation. We fetch pollen, weather, and air quality data for your area.
Set up your medication instructions for each risk tier — GREEN, YELLOW, RED. Your doctor can help you decide what goes where.
Report how you feel each day. The system adjusts sensitivity over time — more aggressive when you need it, dialed back when you don't.
The 3-tier system
Pollen and air quality are fine. Minimal or no medication needed. Enjoy your day.
Conditions are elevated. Time to follow your moderate protocol — typically a daily antihistamine.
High pollen, dust, or wind. Full protocol activated — antihistamine, nasal rinse, everything you've set up.
FAQ
Sinus Shield is a free tool that helps you manage allergic rhinitis (hay fever). It checks pollen levels, wind speed, and air quality for your location every day and assigns a risk tier: GREEN (low risk), YELLOW (moderate), or RED (high). You define your own medication protocol for each tier — the system reminds you what to do, but never suggests or prescribes medications.
You set up your own medication protocol during onboarding — the system doesn't prescribe medications. It tells you which tier you're in based on environmental conditions, and shows the instructions you've entered for that tier. Your doctor or pharmacist can help you decide what goes in each tier.
Yes, Sinus Shield is currently free to use. No ads, no data selling.
Your email (for login and notifications), your approximate location (rounded to ~10km), your medication protocol, and daily symptom feedback. We don't track you, sell your data, or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No — Sinus Shield works entirely in your browser and via email. You receive daily morning and evening emails with your protocol and forecast. You can also check the dashboard anytime.
When you report feeling bad, the system increases its sensitivity to the pollen types that were active that day. This means it will assign a higher tier earlier next time. Over time, if you report feeling great consistently, sensitivity decays back to normal. The logic is fully deterministic and rule-based — no AI, no black box. Every decision is predictable and transparent.
